Our client management is based in Dubai. Delivery is supported by our remote team, with a UAE based account manager overseeing your work.

How quickly can you prepare or revise a BOQ?
For standard residential or fit-out packages we typically deliver within 3–5 business days of receiving complete drawings. Larger or complex scopes are agreed at kickoff.

What if we need more tenders than our package includes?
Extra tenders are charged at our pay per tender rates. That is AED 1,500 for small fit-out tenders and AED 2,000 to 3,500 for mid-size tenders. We confirm the fee before we start, so there are no surprises at month end.

Can you handle urgent or fast-track requests?
Yes. Rush requests are accommodated subject to availability and carry a priority handling fee. This is agreed before work begins.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We sign a confidentiality agreement before accessing any client files, drawings, or commercial data.

How do you communicate with clients?
Through WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Email and Phone.

No. We coordinate the approval process. Drawings are prepared, stamped and submitted by licensed, authority registered consultants or contractors appointed for the project.
